Today was the first of this year's mistletoe auctions at Tenbury Wells. I didn't go today, but have got a bit more info on the 'closure' of the market. More after my visit there next week - but it definitely looks like this year's markets will be the last of their type.

Jonathan Briggs has far too many interests to list here. For current/older blogs the key facts are that he has an active interest in mistletoe conservation, traditions and marketing. Actually the current (2009-2011) mistletoe blogging is hosted on wordpress at http://mistletoematters.wordpress.com/ so not even on blogger! How disloyal! Setting mistletoe aside, he was, until recently, involved with the UK's Association for Industrial Archaeology (AIA) - hence the AIA Conference Blog (and podcast).
